We provide printable puzzles and activity pages in PDF format. After you complete a purchase, you can download your files immediately through the order confirmation page and/or the email we send you. You are responsible for ensuring your device can open PDF files and print documents. We cannot provide support for third-party software or printing issues. If you do not receive your file, email us at hello@puzzlebliss.com and the Puzzle Bliss Team will assist you.

Because our products are digital, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once you receive or download a file.

Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may print unlimited copies of the file for your own personal use.

You cannot share, resell, or redistribute the digital file or any printed copies in any form, including via email, websites, cloud storage, social media, or file-sharing platforms. Do not alter or adapt the design, puzzles, or illustrations for any purpose, including derivative works or commercial use. You are not allowed to use the content in educational products, classroom materials, or workshops without written permission. You may not upload or use Puzzle Bliss products in commercial marketplaces.

If you violate the Terms and Conditions of this license, you commit copyright infringement and may face legal action.

Payments and Security

All transactions on puzzlebliss.com are securely processed through trusted third-party payment processors: Stripe and PayPal.

When you make a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price in U.S. dollars at checkout and cover any required sales taxes or fees. You are responsible for making sure your billing information is accurate and authorized.
