Shop Policies Overview
Welcome to Puzzle Bliss! We want your experience to be smooth, enjoyable, and clear. These shop policies explain how orders, downloads, payments, customer service, and personal use licensing work on puzzlebliss.com. Please read this page before making a purchase so you know exactly what to expect.
Product Format and Delivery
All Puzzle Bliss products are digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical goods. After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your puzzle book or activity page in PDF format. You can also access your files through your account if you created one at the time of purchase.
Please make sure your device can open PDF files and your printer is working before ordering. Our files are designed to be compatible with standard printers and common PDF readers. We are not able to troubleshoot individual device, software, or printing issues.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change at any time. You will see the total cost, including any applicable sales taxes, at checkout. We accept secure payments through Stripe and PayPal. Puzzle Bliss does not store or access your credit card or banking information.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your download link. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at hello@puzzlebliss.com and the Puzzle Bliss Team will help you out.
Refunds and Returns
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. If you experience a problem with your file (such as a download error), email us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
File Access and Expiration
You’ll receive a download link via email and, if you created an account, access through your account dashboard. Download links do not expire, but we recommend saving your files immediately and backing them up. Puzzle Bliss is not responsible for lost files due to device failure, accidental deletion, or storage issues.
Shop Policies: License and Usage
Your purchase includes a personal-use license. You may print as many copies of the file as you like for your own personal enjoyment. However, you may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the digital files or any printed versions. You may not use our products in classrooms, events, or for commercial purposes without our written permission.
